Did a quick search at a house today that a friend of mine recently rented.  House was built in 27' and I just knew that it would be loaded with "stuff".  After a short time I only had two wheaties, a nickel, and one memorial.  However, I did come across this great Navy Bracelet.  .925 sterling!

Anyone have any ideas the to the age/era?  Still common or not?

Yeah, I'd say a WWII era "sweetheart" locket bracelet.

They were very popular and were civilian made in a variety of designs and metals with all the military branches represented.  Women on the homefront wore them with pictures of their servicemen husbands/boyfriends inside.

Really nice find.   Smile
