Hey Ian: Do we have an area where Potential sponsors can review us and rate us as a viable web site? Where they could request information on stats and asses membership & a club mission statement.

I don't believe we have that information lined up, yet.
What are some key points that we should touch on that companies would want to see? What all do we want to add to this page?
I've been wanting to make a page just for this reason. On the home page, if you notice, at the top where it says "Your Ad Here", once you click on that, it just refreshes the page. I want it to where we can show potential sponsors what we are all about.
So, I need suggestions on what to add here. Everyone's suggestions are welcome!!!

The description of the club on the home page pretty much sums up what we're all about.
What kind of stats are you suggesting, Henry? Membership numbers? Average meeting attendance? Male/female membership ratio (this is actually a consideration to potential female members)? Average distance traveled to hunts from the Matthews Community Center?
Just wondering.

I think we are hitting all around this thing and it looks to be something that could be a great tool.
I think the more we have thinking on this matter; the better and more complete it will be. As for stats; be it membership stats or gender ratios, I don't think this information alone, would attract very many lookers. "Exposure" would be the type of candy a sponsor would like to sink their teeth into. Example: Volunteer work, helping in the community, assisting Law Enforcement, News Articles, anything that would set us apart from the norm. Anything that they would like to see their name associated with, Big name Athletes today are surrounded by bad publicity. Companies now are looking to find the smaller unknown people or persons with moral intuit to assocate with their company name.
I think Ian has a very good idea about the "Your Ad Here" where it would connect to a page with club vitals and credible Testimonials, plus club and member achievements.
I know John Taylor has a lot of our club actives and newspaper articles. I have some letters from the NPS thanking us for our help; I also have an email from a homicide detective, thanking me for my help in searching a crime scene.
